Stories from the day-to-day of traffic managers
We made a series of three videos of Fintraffic employees to help recruit and strengthen the employer’s image. In the videos we see three traffic managers on their way to work. At the same time, we hear the employees talk about their thoughts and about their work, such as what makes the work interesting, what the work requires and what opportunities the work offers in the future.
We also used material that the employees self filmed. As a result, we produced fun and intimate video series that inspires the viewer to learn about Fintraffic’s traffic controller training.
